If you are an Admin, before you are official, you must agree to these rules.

*You must not have done anything against the rules
*You must not have been banned here
*You must have been a member for more than 1 week
*You cannot take over this site when your an Admin
*NO WHINNING!!!!!!
*You have to ask me before improving the site, or doing anything to the site
